Amoo Hadji Hasn’t Taken a Bath Since 1954
Amoo Hadji who is a resident of Iran has not taken bath since 1954. The 80 years old man is homeless and refugee who lives in the village of Dezhgah. The Payvand Iran News reported that Amoo has not taken bath for 61 years.
He loves to eat dead porcupine however he refuses to eat fresh food and drink clean water and the dirty man prefers to smoke the dung of animal through the three inch long steel pipe and in case he feels cold he smokes cigarettes in bundles of four to five.
It should not be surprising that he has a scaly and tough skin that gives an intense deep odor. The dirty old man has decided to stay in touch with earth and he has chosen this life style and he feels more comfortable.
According the Tehran Times Amoo passed through some emotional setbacks during his youth therefore he decided to spend his life in isolation. Amoo believes that cleanliness brings him sickness and avoids taking bath. When few young men offered him a free shower he escaped.
The last record of the man who did not take shower was Kailash Singh from India who had not taken bath over 38 years.
Amoo Hadji is more comfortable with this life style and prefers to stay in isolation.
